Being A Child Predator Is Not A One Time Thing

LUBBOCK, TX  –  A Lubbock man has been arrested and charged with attempt to compel prostitution after he allegedly approached a 14-year-old girl at a 7-11 gas station on Parkway Drive on Tuesday.

The man has also been identified as a registered sex offender.

According to Lubbock police documents, just after 1:30 p.m., officers responded to the gas station after reports of an attempted kidnapping.  The victim, a 14-year-old girl, was fueling up her mother’s car while her mother paid inside.

Reports say 53-year-old Ricky James Overhulser pulled up next to the girl and told her to get into his car.  The girl refused and Overhulser told her again to get in his car and she refused a second time.  He then asked her if she “dated.”  She told him “no” and went into the store to get her mother.

“She got pretty startled, as a 14-year-old would, as you can imagine,” Lt. Ray Mendoza, Lubbock Police Department, says.

Police say when the mother came outside, Overhulser had driven away.  She was finishing fueling up her car when he returned, pulled up close to her car and fanned cash while he asked, “how much for your daughter.”  The girl’s mother called him a “dirty old man” and let him know she was calling police.

Overhulser drove away in a white Pontiac passenger car.

Mendoza says the mother and daughter were able to get a license plate number.

“The detectives get called to the scene, they immediately go looking for him, try to hunt him down,” he says.  “We put out a broadcast to all our local officers.  We reached out to DPS, the sheriff’s department, to be on the lookout.”

Enough information was gathered to obtain an arrest warrant late Wednesday night.

“He had a couple of municipal court warrants, so they were at least, trying to arrest him while the investigators continued to work the case,” Mendoza explains.

Overhulser was already in the Lubbock County Jail on unrelated charges and was re-arrested on the new charges.

Overhulser has been a registered sex offender since 2000, where his victim was a 16-year-old female, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety sex offender registry.  He spent 10 years in jail, from 2000 until 2010.

“Always report any kind of suspicious behavior,” Mendoza says.  “The citizens are our eyes and ears. If you see something, say something.”

Is Al Sharpton anywhere close????   Now I always wondered why I heard these famous people telling everyone that would listen about the Disparity in Our Education system. 

When I came across the FACT that this year alone 10,000,000 young people, 13-years-of-age to 24-years-of-age would contract one (1) or MORE STI or STD, I cried….  and it wasn’t no CLIMATE CHANGE LIE fake tears, this thing tore the heart out of me.

What bothered me more than anything was the fact that I could not find any assembled data on young Children 0-years-of-age to 12-years-of-age.

That is when I found the almost unbelievably high disproportionate number of young African-Americans infected with the HIV/Aids virus.

I am going to tell you one more thing that you all should already know, then I am going to publish this.  Because the points I mentioned, but have not touched on should be very easy to figure out.

How many African-Americans, White Americans, and Latino Americans have got a steady job????  NOW, how many of these people working have enough money to buy just half of the ammo used in Orlando????

MS Man Charged With Felony Child Abuse

Butt-dialed call leads to Child Abuse arrest

D’IBERVILLE, Mississippi  –  A man was arrested on a felony child abuse charge after he mistakenly butt-dialed a toddler’s mother, police said.

The child was visiting at the home of John Elias Taylor III and was begging him to not whip him, police Capt. Marty Griffin said.

The mother called police, who went to the house to check on the boy.

“He had some bruising in places he shouldn’t have had it,” Griffin said.

Police arrested Taylor on Sunday.  He was booked at the Harrison County jail.

Taylor was held on a $50,000 bond set by Justice Court Judge Albert Fountain.

Everyone has heard about gay marriage now being legal all over the United States, due to an anti-Child and anti-Family agenda of this administration.

We also can’t forget The Supreme Court stepping way outside their job description to decree that while Our Children haven’t been protected by laws properly for 7,000 years, now there is no way for Our Children to retain any innocence while growing into adulthood.

That isn’t news.  However, what is happening now that gay marriage is “normal” will probably send you into an outrage.

Recently a judge allowed men from Glastonbury to get married and “have children.”  The men decided to adopt a total of 9 sons.  Well, it just came out that they have raped 6 of the 9 boys (probably all of them, but evidence hasn’t yet surfaced).  This is the exact type of thing that you can expect when you allow sexual deviates to parent or  to adopt young boys and young girls that can easily be taken advantage of.

On top of this, the men say that they just want to “show the boys the other side of the coin.”  According to Mr. and Mr. Harasz the boys would not have a “fair chance” to learn about all of the different type of people.  They believe that helping them experience this “lifestyle” will allow them to grow and develop into very “open-minded” people.  Yes, these men are very sick indeed.  It is absolutely sickening listening to them speak in this way about young boys who never had a say in the matter.

CA Couple Charged In Death Of 5-Year-Old

Couple Accused Of Child Abuse, Torture In
Death Of 5-Year-Old Boy

ORANGEVALE, CA  –  A mom and her boyfriend are behind bars after the death of her five-year-old boy.

Investigators say the couple face child abuse and torture charges in an incident they first reported as a drowning.

When fire crews arrive on scene, the 5-year-old was unresponsive.

Officers say the boy’s mom, 32-year-old Jessica Diane Prayter and her boyfriend 39-year-old Adam Jay Caldwell were with the child when paramedics showed up.

Ron Cochran’s son lives across the street from the couple and saw firefighters working feverishly to save the boy.

“He saw saw the paramedic on top of the gurney, on top of the child trying to resuscitate him as they were loading him into the ambulance,” he said.

The child was later pronounced dead at the hospital.

The sheriff’s department says the injuries were inconsistent with drowning, and within hours, the couple was locked up, accused of child abuse, conspiracy and torture.
