Great Response to ‘Habit’ Movie Campaign:
More Signatures Still Needed
One Million Moms is excited about your response to our efforts to halt the release of the upcoming indie film Habit, in which Michael Jackson’s 22-year-old daughter plays a gender-bending Jesus. Thank you for caring enough to take action and make a difference.
1MM has received more than 44,000 signatures on our petition to put an end to this blasphemous movie. But we can’t stop now.
Our new goal is 75,000 signatures, so 1MM still needs your help.
There is no time to waste when it comes to stopping this sacrilegious film that mocks Christianity and ridicules people of faith.
According to an alert from Movieguide, “Once a movie has been made, it is almost impossible to stop its release.”
As of April, the film was in post-production, but Movieguide reports that the filmmakers are still searching for a company to distribute Habit and that some executives “have already distanced themselves from the film.” That is why we must not quit!
Help us get the message across that there is no market for this abhorrent film!
If you have not already done so, sign the petition to Elevated Films, the company that owns the U.S. rights to “Habit.” Urge the company to cancel all plans to release this blasphemous film. Thank you to everyone who has already signed the petition. Please share this with your family and friends and encourage them to take action and sign the petition too.
If our mission resonates with you, please consider supporting our work financially with a tax-deductible donation.
