TX AG CEU Stops Cedar Creek Purveyor Of Child Porn

AUSTIN, TX  –  Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced today that the Child Exploitation Unit (CEU) of his office arrested 40-year-old Jason Matthew Pertolanitz, of Cedar Creek,

on one count of Possession of Child Pornography, a third-degree felony. Pertolanitz could face up to 10 years in prison if convicted.

Following several CyberTipline reports from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, CEU investigators executed a search warrant at Pertolanitz’s home, where child pornography was found on his cell phone.

Investigators confiscated additional digital storage devices that will be examined by the attorney general’s Digital Forensics Unit. Pertolanitz confessed that he used his cell phone to download and save child pornography.

He was booked into Bastrop County Jail without incident.

AUSTIN, TX  –  Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced that earlier this week the Child Exploitation Unit (CEU) of his office arrested Eric Christopher Lucas, 45, of Round Rock, on six counts of Possession of Child Pornography, a third-degree felony.

Lucas could face up to 10 years in prison per charge if convicted.

Two CyberTipline reports from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children alerted CEU that Lucas uploaded an image of child pornography, which prompted CEU investigators to execute a search warrant at Lucas’s home.

Investigators discovered pornographic images of children on his personal desktop computer.

 Several electronics and digital storage devices were seized for examination by the Digital Forensics Unit of the attorney general’s office.

He was booked into the Williamson County Jail without incident.

Child Pornography

AUSTIN, TX  –  Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced that the Child Exploitation Unit (CEU) of his office arrested Robert Odean Fry, 54, of Brownwood, yesterday on three counts of Possession of Child Pornography, a third-degree felony.  Fry could face up to 10 years in prison per charge if convicted.

Following a CyberTipline report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, CEU investigators executed a search warrant at Fry’s residence, where pornographic images of children were found on his cell phone.

Fry confessed to downloading and saving images to his phone, which was seized for further examination by the Digital Forensics Unit of the attorney general’s office.  He was then booked in the Brown County Jail without incident.

AUSTIN, TX  –  Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton today announced that the Child Exploitation Unit (CEU) of his office arrested 29-year-old Francisco Daniel Arguello of Austin on four counts of Possession of Child Pornography, a third-degree felony.  Arguello could face up to 10 years in prison per charge if convicted.

Following a CyberTipline report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, CEU investigators executed a search warrant of Arguello’s home, confiscating computers, cell phones, digital devices and additional hardware that will be examined by the attorney general’s Digital Forensics Unit.  Arguello, who declined to be interviewed by CEU investigators, was booked in the Travis County Jail with bond set at $70,000.

TX Attorney General CEU Stops Houston Child Predator

Harris County Man Arrested for Possession
of Child Pornography

AUSTIN, TX  –  Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton today announced that officers with his Criminal Investigations Division arrested Daniel James Dickson, 44, of Houston, on three counts of Possession of Child Pornography, a third-degree felony.  He could face up to 10 years in prison if convicted.

Following a CyberTipline report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Attorney General Paxton’s Child Exploitation Unit (CEU) conducted an investigation and executed a subsequent search warrant of Dickson’s home.

Dickson was interviewed by investigators and admitted to storing child pornography on his smartphone.  A forensic examination of Dickson’s phone revealed images and video containing child pornography.

Dickson was booked into the Washington County Jail without incident with a pre-set bond of $20,000 on each charge.
